Mafia: The City of Lost Heaven

Overall: Mafia is an old game. If you've already played it on the computer, from my understanding, there are no significant changes, so steer clear. If you haven't played it, like myslef at one time, I recommend you rent in for a weekend. The Story Mode of the game is a very fun experience, and although there are some frustrating parts(in game glitches mostly,) the game moves along quite nicely. As for the other modes, Free Ride and Racing, they are just side modes, and aren't really addicting at all, which is why I would only rent this game if I were you.

Gameplay: The game plays similar to Grand Theft Auto, and both share many similarities, although the Story Mode in this game is totally linear, unlike the freedom of GTA. The missions are very fun, and the cinematics make the whole thing very immersive. However, the game requires a boatload of driving from point A to point B to point C back to point B, etc. This gets very stale and repetitive. Other than that, the game flows nicely, and the last mission persay is very fun.

Graphics: The game is old and it seems like it did not recieve a graphics update for the Xbox port. That being said, there is not much to be said, other than the graphics are similar to most third person action PS2 games. The cutscenes however, are what make the game special.

Audio: The voice acting of this game is actually pretty good, and its really cool to play out a mobster movie story type of thing. The Italian accents and the line "Mr. Salieri sends his regards!" are what make the cutscenes special.

Suggestions: The repetitive driving and the shortness of the story mode(no more than 12 hours) hamper the game, but the storyline and cutscenes make up for it. My suggestions, make the driving less repetitive and make the game longer. Also make the extra game modes more interesting.

Overall Score: 7.0 / 10 Capcom vs. SNK 2: EO

Overall: Ok, when you first pop this game in, your gonna say, WTF??? This game looks like its as old as my grandma. Well, thats because it is like 3 years old, but to me, that really is the only major downside of this game. If your looking for a solid fighter, and you have XBox Live, get this game today! Its only 40 bucks too!

Gameplay: The game plays very well. Although the Xbox Controller isnt the ideal controller for a fighter, it is definitely not a big problem. You can pick up an arcade stick thing if it really bothers you that much. ANyways, this game is very fun, and there are over 40 characters to choose from. Also, you can change and customize their names and colors, and bring them online. Also, these grooves are customizable after you beat the arcade mode(which is easy!) The AC-ism and EO-ism are very different, and it is a pain online when someone uses EO when your not using it, because it is very cheap. But you can find games and create games that ban it, or you can just choose EOism too!

Graphics: Ok, I already went over this. The graphics absolutely suck, but they do give you that cool vintage feel!

Audio: The sound is old, but like the graphics, it brings back the old days playing Street Fighter Alpha....but for some people the music is very annoying!

Suggestions: Ok, the main suggestion is UPDATE this game, give it a total makeover graphics wise. Other than that, the online play is fun and addicting. Keep up the good work!

Overall Score: 9.0 / 10 Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon

Overall: This game is the game to get for Xbox Live! It is my favorite Xbox Live game, and my second favorite game overall, behind Halo of course. If you have XBL, you have to get this game. It is AMAZING!

Gameplay: The gameplay is fun, addicting, and at a pace similar to Halo. It involes lots of strategy, so be warned, this is not your super fast shootem up game, aka its not Unreal! This game is a solid FPS, and while the campaign mode is short (15 levels) there are tons of unlockables and multiplayer! The Xbox Live makes this game a must buy, so go buy it. One thing I did not like at first was that you cannot see your gun infront of you, but I eventually got used to it!

Graphics: The graphics are fairly good. There are the occasional glitches and jagged edges in this game, but there is not much to say negatively, and vice versa, there is nothing to praise about, but the graphics are decent. Nothing Special here though....

Audio: The games score is very pleasent, and although its a minor part of the game, it does make the experience even more immersive.

Suggestions: Sharpen those graphics Ubi Soft, we saw Splinter Cell, now do that again for the Ghost Recon series!

Overall Score: 10.0 / 10 Blinx: The Time Sweeper

Overall: Ok, for all you platformer fans, pick this game up. You can get it cheap, and it is a fairly decent, although at sometimes very frustrating game. I rented this one, and thats all anyone else needs to really do.

Gameplay: The overall concept with the manipulation of time is very cool, and this is what makes the game so unique. The plot is somewhat unique, but its not what drives the game at all. Some of the levels are very frustrating, and this game had me throwing things all over the place. Be careful, the AI is very CHEAP!

Graphics: The characters and the world in Blinx is very cute and creative. Blinx himself is furshadded, and the enemies are very imaginative!

Audio: If you have ever heard the song "Clocks" by Coldplay, this games music sounds very similar. So if you like that song, you'll probably like the music.

Suggestions: I thought the AI was cheap. Other than that, make the plot stronger, and the game longer. Hey, that rhymed!!

Overall Score: 8.0 / 10 MechAssault

Overall: OK, I bought this game with Xbox Live in mind, and somehow, I was utterly dissapointed. The actual game is okay, nothing great like the reviews say IMO, but not bad at all either.

Gameplay: This game is not as complex as Mechwarrior. This may be good or bad, depending on who you are. For me, this was a good thing. I was never really a fan of Mechwarrior, but since this game was to have more action, I picked it up. My main jist with this game is that when playing a game of deathmatch(Destruction as they call it) if you are in a 2 on 1 situation, you are most likely done for. The game is just whoever has more and puts out more firepower. Unlike other games wehere being on the disadvantaged side can be an adavangtage in its own, this game has none of that.

Graphics: This is where the game shines most. The graphics are top notch, and the site of destruction and mayhem in this game is truley something to marvel at.

Audio: The sound is actually pretty cool. THe sound effects are nice, plus the rockish music in the big battles is also cool!

Suggestions: I don't know what specifically you should do, but make the game more exciting! Maybe once the CTF mode comes out I will pick this game up again.

Overall Score: 8.0 / 10 Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell

Overall: I first have to say that I originally had this game stolen from me, so it has been a while since I have played it. This game is remarkable, the graphics, and gameplay make this game a must buy. Have you ever played a game that was so hard that you just wanted to give up, so you did? Well, this game is very hard, but the thing is, you never really get frusterated. I just kept trying new things, and I eventually suceeded. This is why I love this game. Its a great challenge that keeps you playing. Each of the 10 levels takes atleast 2 hours to beat, so you have over 20 hours of mad gaming!

Gameplay: The gameplay is pure genious. It is much better and stealthier than MGS, and it is better in every aspect too! This game is not really a shooter at all, it is more stealth than anything else. The games controls are awkward, but they are easy to get used to. The gameplay is not very linear either, which is a big plus.

Graphics: All you can do is stare, and try to pick your jaw up off the ground, this game is wonderful and these graphics are totally astounding!

Audio: The sound is stealthy, and you must use the sound effects in the game to help you suceed, since this is a stealth game. This makes the sound very appealing!

Suggestions: I like the downloadable content, and I love this game. Make a sequel, and mabe beef up the story and add more cutscenes.

Overall Score: 10.0 / 10 Tony Hawk Pro Skater 4

Overall: I would have bought this game, but they just had to go and screw Sbox Over, and short us out on online play. If this had online play, it would probably be one of my favorite games, but although a great game, it is missing that element, and since I was tight on cash, I couldn't buy it. But that doesn't mean you shouldn't, this is easily the best in the series, and its not really and update, its a totally new game!

Gameplay: The Tony Hawks have always been known for their fun, addictive, and challenging gameplay, and this one doesn't go short on its reputation. THe new style of gameplay is very nice, and it is a nice vacation from the original style. Plus, the goals are much more unique, and there are much more goals than before!

Graphics: This is the only real downside to the game, the graphics are ps2ish, and thats about it. They really need to make this game look like atleast how 2x looked.

Audio: As always, Tony comes with a very cool and very good soundtrack that will get good songs stuck in your head!

Suggestions: Give XBOX online play, and we will be set forever....

Overall Score: 9.0 / 10 Metal Gear Solid 2: Substance

Overall: I thought this game was supposed to be great. I even picked it over Splinter Cell for my stealth game at the moment, but I was sorely mistaken. This game is an above average game, but there are many things that contribute to its downfall. Luckily, this game is next to impossible to ever finish with its millions of unlockables, which is a nice addition to wasting 50 bucks on a not so super game.

Gameplay: This is what really ticks me off. The game's controls are just wack. Why couldn't they have made them similar to other Xbox games. At least the right trigger could have been for shooting. This game flip flops the whole controller. Other than that, the game plays very smoothly, the story is rather nice, and the stealth aspects are just short of Splinter Cell. This game, however, adds a little more action in the mix. There are tons of VR missions and Sub Scenarios to unlock, and this game is the king of extra content! But another vice is the cut scenes. This game has a million cut scenes, and they are way to long. The last cut scene is like 40 minutes long. I bought a game, not a movie. You actually spend more time watching cut scenes than playing the actual game.

Graphics: This graphics are top notch for the PS2, but not for the Xbox. If your looking for great graphics, go play Splinter Cell. These graphics are nice, but not fantastic.

Audio: I really liked the score of this game, and like other stealth games, the sound effects are part of playing the game. So, it is not unlikely that there are lots of good sound effects in the game since their part of how you beat the game.

Suggestions: I really think you go all out with the cut scenes, but not everyone likes cut scenes. Don't over do it next time, and please, make the controls easier to use.

Overall Score: 8.0 / 10 TimeSplitters 2

Overall: I played the first one up PS2, and I liked its style. When I heard this was coming out, I got really excited. But then I heard no online play, and I thought that a FPS without online play was not worth it unless it was a really good game. This, is not a really good game, but its not bad either. The actual story doesnt really make sense or flow at all. But the gameplay is fast, and the extra modes of this game make it very worth while!

Gameplay: The gameplay is fast like Unreal, but the controls of this game are kind of different than most FPS. The game's difficulty is somewhat inconsistent. Some levels are super easy, while two levels in the game are very hard. The game features co op play, a map maker, and lots of this mini game modes to keep you busy. The split screen mode also has system link, and it has bots! This game is very fun to play with friends.

Graphics: Ok, like Unreal, this game is nothing to rave or marvel at. Its just, well, mediocre is the word for it. They really need to revamp the graphics and make this game beautiful! But the enviorments are pretty cool.

Audio: Ahh, the sound, well, like the graphics, its just mediorce. The voice acting is just laughable at how bad it is, and nothing really stands out at all in the background.

Suggestions: This game is missing all the bells and whistles. Give the game's graphics a complete face lift, and same with the sound. Also, in the 3rd edition(if there is one) add online play because that would make this game get much more press!

Overall Score: 8.0 / 10 Unreal Championship

Overall: Okay, when I first got this game, it was the day after the offcial XBL release, and being a beta tester, I was definitely looking for something new. Well, I can say that in the month between getting this game and then getting Ghost Recon a month later, I played the hell out of this game! I swear I played atleast 5 hours every weekday, and over 20 hours eache weekend, I probably even amounted to over 100 hours of gameplay during that month, and I do not regret it!

Gameplay: This is not Ghost Recon or even Halo. This is Unreal, and yes, the game truly is unreal. Not much in depth strategy with this game, it is more kill ask questions later type of game. It moves at an incredible speed, and goes insane with mass chaos. If you don't like nonstop action, turn away now!!!! The relative single player game took me a measly 2 and a half hours. I reccomend not getting this game unless you have or plan on getting live, since the multiplayer is where this game shines! The controls are very similar to Halo, and the game pretty much plays like Unreal Tournament. The gameplay modes are the same except for the addition of Survial(one on one) and Bombing Run, which is rendition of a sort of CTF-esque game mode. My only bite with the game modes is that there is no Assault, which would have been very sweet online here.

Graphics: The game suffers a lot in the visual appeal. Nothing really stands out at all, and the overall appearence of the game is somewhat bland. A major stab in the heart with this game that pisses a lot of people off is the framerates. They can just downright be horrendous at times.....

Audio: The game's sound, like the graphics, is not much to rave about. The occasional quirk from a Player is laughable most times, but some of the sayings get really old. The background music sticks in your head, and it is kind of similar with all the different levels.

Suggestions: Beef up the graphics, and fix the framrate problem. Also, add a mode like Assualt, because that would kick ass! I hear download content is on the way, and that it will fix the framerate, so there is one problem down. Maybe you guys could try to get a new gaming mode for us, because Mech Assualt is doing that with CTF, so it is plausible. Otherwise, good work!

Overall Score: 9.0 / 10 Panzer Dragoon Orta

Overall: For all who play video games to escape to a world of absolute fantasy, PDO is your ticket to paradise! The game is just so imaginative and creative, and even though the 10 episodes are a short ride, this game keeps you playing and playing thru till the end. Plus, there is the orginal PD to unlock and many other sub scenarios and such. This game IMO comes sencond to MGS:S in unlockables!

Gameplay: This is the only area that might turn people off. Like JSRF, the gameplay is more of a love or hate type of thing. Some people love railshooters, and they love how this game plays, since it is corely a rail shooter. Others will hate the linear form of the gameplay, which is too bad because they are missing a truely magical experience. Some complain about the weird lanquage used, and that you have to read sub titles, but this did not bother me at all. I love this game, and while your playing, just stop every once and a while and concentrate on the enviorments and scenery, it is absoulutely phenomonal!

Graphics: This game is among the elite group of my top xbox games graphicwise. Splinter Cell and this game rock in that department. The artwork and drawing of the world of this game is very sweet, and it is just jaw dropping the concepts they came up with in this game. The graphics are nice and crisp, and the whole world of PDO is a sight to behold!

Audio: I think that the language the characters speak in is very unique, and for some reason, as I listen and read the sub titles, I feel that what their speaking I am understanding as if it was my native tounge. Its weird for me how my brain reacts to this language as I am reading the subtitles. As for the sound effects, the dragons sound great, and the voice acting is very good. Plus, the background score is very epic and awe-striking!

Suggestions: You did it again! You people at Smilebit contiune to impress the Xbox World with great games. First JSRF, then Gunvalkyrie, and now this. Keep on doing what your doing because its working. The only advice I have is incorporate maybe some downloadable content to make the game even more chock full of goodies!

Overall Score: 10.0 / 10 Legends of Wrestling

Overall: This is a fairly fun wrestler with not much depth but enough to provide a few hours of entertaiment. Its better than Raw, but its not the best wrestler.

Gameplay: The gameplay i like any other wrestler. Fun and exciting at the beggining turns to more repetitve at the end. There is no, no, no, ladder matches or any type of those cool specialty matches.

Graphics: This game has the funniest looking graphics ever. The people look like plastic, and it provides some laughs. They are pretty much just bland, and ordinary next gen graphics.

Audio: The sound is ordinary too. Nothing special, but not bad either. It is cool how u can make you wrestlers entry music any song ripped on your hardrive.

Suggestions: Make some graphic tweaks, and add more match modes!

Overall Score: 7.0 / 10 Burnout

Overall: This is a very slick and cool racing game. You'll have much fun zooming around the city, swerving through traffic, trying to win the race. I like the racing of this game better than Project Gotham since this game makes you feel like your going really really fast! But thats the only thing it has up on PGR. The one major thing that effect this games is that it has NO liscensed cars!!

Gameplay: The gameplay is what makes this game fun. Its all fastpaced action. The controls are very simple, right trigger go, left trigger brake. Thats all you need. The bad thing about crashing is that it takes a while to get back on the road. Other than that the game is very fast, but not much in the way of game modes or cars.

Graphics: The graphics are so so. Since this is also a gamecube game, theres nothing special about it. There just some bland, but decent next gen graphics

Audio: I truly did not really notice much in the way of the sound. This means that is was just again decent. Reving the engine sounded good though. Vroom-Vroom!!

Suggestions: Get some liscensed cars, better graphics, and more game modes!!

Overall Score: 7.0 / 10 Outlaw Golf

Overall: This has to be the best golf game I have played. Noticed how I said GOLF game, not the best game. Sure, the game has its faults, but I can really make a great multiplayer experience, and also a good single player experience.

Gameplay: The game play is good. There are many different modes of multiplayer, like the ante up one where each stroke costs a dollar and the winner of the whole takes the pot. Also, there is a multiplayer mode where you can tackle the course with a putter and another club of your choice. In the single player there are many unlockables, like characters and different clubs. The controllers are very simplistic. To swing, all you do is pull back on the right analog joystick, and push forward very quickly. The only thing I wish there was more was courses, even though they are fun and creative, there is only 3!

Graphics: The graphics are fairly good, nothing to go crazy about, but definitely next-gen caliber. Since they this game is for Gamecube also, you can tell the graphics are definitely not pushing ANY envelopes. The only thing mesmorizing is, THE WATER. This is no suprise be cause water is what the XBox does best!

Audio: The games sound appeal is okay, the annoucer is funny-the first few times you play it. But then he gets more repetitve and you feel like killing the TV. But then they throw something @ you that you've never heard before. And they you start laughing again. The game sounds are really funny, they just need to add a few more new lines.

Suggestions: Better graphics, more courses, more sound bytes.

Overall Score: 8.0 / 10 Elder Scrolls III : Morrowind

Overall: I think this is the best RPG on Xbox. Wait......whats that you say??? Its the only RPG on XBox??? Oh, well in that case it truly is the best RPG on Xbox. I found this game crazy. Is is so massive, so amazing, so wonderful, so addicting, so evil.......I would spend hours after hours, playing this game, ignoring phone calls, bathroom breaks.....and would not budge. Must level up, must level up. This game offers so much, in such a small little jewel case. This game has taken over 100 hours of my life away from me, and I cannot say that I regret it. This is truly one of the best games out on XBox. If you are and RPG fan, buy it now, get up, your wasting time.....go BUY IT!!!!!!!! If your not an RPG fan, atleast rent it, give it a chance, oh god please just give it a chance. You will not regret it!

Gameplay: The gameplay is awesome. Fufilling quests, building your reputation, moving up the totem pole in your guild, there is so much to do. And the best thing is, your free to do what you want. Steal away, kill away-but you gotta watch out for the "5-0" They'll be on your a$$ in no time if your seen doing it. The game controls similar to Halo, which makes it easier to get used to. The only downside to the gameplay is that you may find the fighting to be repetitive....but theres much more to do than fight!

Graphics: The games graphics are good, but not awe striking. Except for the water......its sooo beautiful....some of the best video game water ever. Hands down.

Audio: The sound is good, funny voices for the characters. The background music is a very likeable fantasy type score, the only problem is that its replayed over and over and over!

Suggestions: Make fighting better, add more background music, keep up the good work!

Overall Score: 10.0 / 10 Hunter: The Reckoning

Overall: This game rocks. It is mad zombie hacking and slashing mayhem, and all the gore you could want plus even more gore for the whole family. I put this game, along with Halo and JSRF as my Top 3 games for the xbox. If you didn't like Silent HIll because of the relatively slow pace you will love this because it is non-stop action. It is fun, has great replay value, and 4 player co-op. A definite must buy for any action/horror fan.

Gameplay: The gameplay is awesome. There are lots of different types of enemies, and lots of cool things to do. The controls are easy and there are multiple set ups to choose from. It is an easy to pick up game and there is tons of action. It is not a very short game either, and is genrally challenging. Also, there are lots of unlockable things when you beat it!

Graphics: The games graphics are very nice. They take advantage of most of the xbox features and they are very cool especially the gory parts. The only bad thing is the camera, which can sometimes make you angry and the angle. But atleast you can zoom in and out.

Audio: The sound is very good. You have the great zombie sounds and various outher creepy sounds too. Also, when your in a huge zombie scramble it kicks into sort of rock music!

Suggestions: I reccomend adding 8 characters, and it would be seet to have system link play. Also, it would be cool to have more weapons and edges!

Overall Score: 10.0 / 10 Tony Hawk Pro Skater 3

Overall: This is a great game, and I would say the best in the Tony Hawk series. Each sequel gets better, and this is no exception. The levels are massive and even more fun. The goals are cooler and now more interactive. This is a must buy for anyone who likes this genre. Al,so, there are Xbox extras like a new level and more secret characters.

Gameplay: The gameplay is very fun. The trick system is huge, and the specials are crazy. The control scheme is easy to use, and the overall game is easy. Most people can beat in 4 hours, but the hardcore game can even beat it in less than 1 hour. But there are tons of things to unlock, and each time u beat it you get a new thing, such as a character, or level, or special mode.

Graphics: The games graphics are very well done. The character models are very nice, and the levels are very nice too. One downside is that the graphics are not as good as the Tony Hawk 2x since that version used bump mapping.

Audio: The sound is good. The sound effects are nice, and the soundtrack is wicked and huge. The tunes are very cool, and they get stuck in your head. But if you dont like the music you can always rip your own soundtrack.

Suggestions: More levels, and more goals for each level, and online play!!

Overall Score: 9.0 / 10 Rallisport Challenge

Overall: This has to be the best race avaliable for the XBox at this time. PGR does not even compare. The graphics are some of the best avaliable on the console right now. The game has super replay value, with plenty of unlockable tracks and cars

Gameplay: The gameplay is very easy to get used to but the overall game is very challenging. The controls are fairly simple and the game is pretty straight forward.

Graphics: This game, along with Wreckless, has got to be the most graphically impressive game to date. The cars and tracks are very realistic, and the realism is scary. The cars get dirty and the windows shatter. Its crazy!!

Audio: The sound is good for the game, but its nothing special. The sound effects are good, but the guy who tells you about upcoming turns and stuff is somewhat annoying.

Suggestions: I reccomend making a sequel with even more cars, and most important: System Link PLay!!

Overall Score: 9.0 / 10 Dave Mirra Freestyle BMX 2

Overall: This is the best Biking game avaliable on any system right now. If you like BMX this is the game for you. It has better graphics for the XBOX and 2, yes 2 new levels exclusively for the X.

Gameplay: The gameplay is good, and those familiar to the Tony Hawks titles will be a ble to catch on quick. There are tons of space in each level and tons of unlockable stuff to keep you busy for a while. The controls are somewhat easy to learn.

Graphics: The visual is really good except for the characters faces. They look very bloated, kind of like they need laxative relief for their constapation. Other than this minor error, the graphics a good.

Audio: The sound is good. The soundtrack can grow annoying and repetitive, but luckily the XBOX has the ability to rip your own jamman' soundtrack.

Suggestions: Make better graphics, and keep up the good work.

Overall Score: 8.0 / 10 Mad Dash Racing

Overall: This is an odd game that people say is a plaform but I really have no idea what it is. The graphics are okay, and the sound is average, but the gameplay is somewhat odd. I don't see any fun in racing-ON FEET. I think this game is just a cartoonish update to ESPN Track & Field (ewww!!)

Gameplay: I felt the gameplay in this was the big downside. I hardly found it the least bit appealing. I mean, running races on foot, what fun is that? The controls are easy to learn and would genrally reccomend this to the 10 & below XBox audience.

Graphics: The games graphics are average. There like any 3D platformer out there. Nothing special, but not that bad either.

Audio: The sound in this game is also average. Nothing really stands out and makes you say wow. Again though, I'm not saying that the sound is bad either.

Suggestions: If your going to make a platformer, make it. If your going to make a racer, make a racer. Don't get all freaky and make a hybrid that just doesn't work.

Overall Score: 6.0 / 10 Wreckless: The Yakuza Mission

Overall: This is a great car crashing and visually astonishing game. I genrally am not a fan of car games but this game I made an exception. I don't find racing much fun, but smashing and crashing....What more could you ask for?? This is fun game that is great to show off to all your buddies with PS2.

Gameplay: The gameplay is good. The controls are basic and very easy to master. The game has 20 missions (10 with each character) and they range form easy to super tough. I didn't find that the NORMAL/HARD switching really affected has easy or hard it was. One downside to reckless is that it's fairly short and doesn't have much replay value.

Graphics: This game is probably the best game in terms of graphics avaliable on the XBOX right now. The game is great and the replays are even better. Definitely a superior visual treat.

Audio: The sound is average. I didn't really pay much attention do it throughout the game. One bad thing is no custom soundtrack option.(ERRRR!!)

Suggestions: Make multiplayer like everyone is saying. Also a tour mode(like oxm advised) would be cool. And remember-custom soundtrack!!

Overall Score: 9.0 / 10 Dead or Alive 3

Overall: This game is one of the best fighting games ever. If your a fan of the series, or series like Tekken and Virtua Fighter, you'll love this game. Just so you know, this is not a Mortal Kombat or Street Fighter stle where you can shoot things and stuff. Its an awesome fighting game, that takes advantage of the XBOX!! Also, an addition is going to be avaliable through the July issue of OXM. It is supposed to include new costums and othere odds and ends.

Gameplay: The gameplay is good. The controls are easy to master, and the combos aren't that hard. One thing I disliked was that it was sort of easy. Otherwise it was cool with things like various modes and unlockable characters.

Graphics: The graphics are awe striking. The people look good, and the girls are hot for a vide game. The enviorments that you fight in are also well done.

Audio: The game's sound is fairly good. One thing that bothered me was how everything was in Japanese. Actually, it was sort of funny. (There are subtitles) This game has good sound overall.

Suggestions: Make more unlockabel istems. Make voices in ENGLISH!!

Overall Score: 9.0 / 10 Jet Set Radio Future

Overall: This is the coolest, craziest, and funniest game yet. I just got it today (Feb27) and I haven't stopped playing it. I'm new to this series and it totally sucked me in from the moment I started playing.

Gameplay: The gameplay is very good! The controls are very easy to learn, and the game is very crazy. The missons vary in difficulty and the multiplayer is good. My friends had no problems learning the controls. From what I hear with all the unlockable stuff and sorts, I believe this game will keep me busy for a while!!

Graphics: The graphics are truly awesome. They are crazy and cool. Its very vibrant and funkey. JSRF definitely holds it own creative style.

Audio: The sound is by far the most unique. It the funkiest music I've ever heard. It adds to the game and JSRF's style. The music is great.

Suggestions: Keep with the same style of music and add more songs. This game rocks!! Thanks Smilebit, and SEGA!!!!

Overall Score: 10.0 / 10 Tony Hawk Pro Skater 2x

Overall: This is a great addition to the Tony Hawk series. It has awesome graphics, very good soundtrack, lots of levels (24-I think), and is a really fun game. The game is somewhat easy if your an experienced Tony Hawk gamer, but somewhat challeging for newbies to the series. I beat the whole game in an hour and a half, but thats because I have it on my computer. This is a great game that people must play.

Gameplay: The gameplay is solid. They even fixed a few things like when your grinding a rail and run into a wall you don't crash anymore(they alos fixed this in THPS3 on PS2.) The controls are very easy to master and with all the levels and characters there is tons of replay value.

Graphics: The games graphics are much better the than normal THPS2. I also would dare to say that they made THPS2X look better thatn the PS@ version of THPS3.

Audio: The sound is good. The sound effects add to the feel and the soundtrack is very catchy. One downside is that the sound track is very repetitive. Luckily, you have the option of uploading your own soundtrack.

Suggestions: Make more Tony Hawk. I beat THPS3 to easily(PS2 version.) I can't wait. Only 2 weeks untill THPS3 for XBox. One thing for THPS4. Make it much harder. Its getting to easy.

Overall Score: 9.0 / 10 Project Gotham Racing

Overall: This is a fun game, with solid graphics, great sound, good gameplay, and plenty of options. I definitely reccomend this for racing fans.

Gameplay: The gameplay of this game is good. The controls are very easy to master, its fun, and their are plenty of modes to meet your fancy. There are tons of cool cars like Ferraris and Aston Martins. There is plenty of replay value. One thing I did not enjoy was that is was somewhat unrealiste. No dents in your cars, no tires flying off in collisions. They definitely need more things like that. Also, the game felt sort of slow; it didn't feel like you were going very fast at all.

Graphics: The game has very solid graphics. The cars are very nice looking, and somewhat stunning. The scenery is good too.

Audio: The sound is very nice. The sound effects like screeching tires are well done. Also, the adio stations are very cool. There is a wide variety of styles you can choose from which would make any gamer happy.

Suggestions: Make crashing realistic. That would be very cool.

Overall Score: 9.0 / 10 Blood Wake

Overall: This game has good graphics. The water is amazing, and sadly to say....the only higlight to the game. The game is very repetitive and boring. All you do is blow up ships. And the game is really hard. If there is a sequel they need to make a better design and better missons!

Gameplay: The gameplay is okay. Whether you have to navigate the delta or escort ships it all comes down to blowing up ships. Its okay for the first few missons but then it gets repetitive. Also, this game is pretty hard. Hard enough to make you not want to play it.

Graphics: The game actually has pretty good graphics. The ships and scenery are slightly above average, but the water is astounding. It is some of the best water I have ever seen.

Audio: The sound is okay. Its also annoying. The pirate guy reading you the misson objectives is a real loser. They should get rid of him.

Suggestions: Put more into misson variety and add some misson that need strategy.

Overall Score: 6.0 / 10 The Simpsons Road Rage

Overall: This game is a waste of money. I'm glad I didn't buy it. Its and unoriginal game that in gameplay is an exact clone of Crazy Taxi. And CT was a bad game too. SRR gets old after the first misson. The only thing I enjoyed was the humor of the Simpson characters. I have to admit- they were really funny. The graphics were okay; nothing to write home about. If your thinking about buying this game...RENT IT FIRST!

Gameplay: The gameplay is what pulls this game down. If the developers would have been orgiginal and creative this game might have been good. Just remember- CRAZY TAXI RIPOFF!!!

Graphics: The games graphics are okay. Nothing special here. They are pretty much the same as the PS@ version.

Audio: The sound is the only highlight to this wonderful piece of crap. They have the real character voices with funny sayings which make this game funny.

Suggestions: Gameplay- a concept that Simpsons Road Rage is lacking.

Overall Score: 5.0 / 10 NFL Fever 2002

Overall: This is a good overall football game that will be most enjoyed by the gamer who enjoys really fun football that sacrifices some realism and depth.

Gameplay: The gameplay in this game is pretty easy to get used to. It's very similar to Madden. Fever is a fast, hard hitting experience thats fun. One thing I did not like was that it was very easy. The defensive AI is really lacking skill. I could be playing against a friend who was an average gamer and have a 15/15 passing and 9 for touchdowns in a game with 3 min quaters!! The game has lots of modes like franchise which is very cool.

Graphics: This game has an arcade feel that helps with the fun but unrealiste gameplay. Good but not great graphics. I would definitely say Madden would beat on graphics.

Audio: The game has pretty good sound. The annoucers are annoying though. The sound effects add to the fun feeling and make it a good sounding game.

Suggestions: Make the defensive AI better and add more teams.

Overall Score: 8.0 / 10 Silent Hill 2: Restless Dreams

Overall: I loved this game. It had a good storyline, good graphics, great sound, and was just plain creepy. Although I enjoy the Resident Evil series(mostly the second) this has to be the second best survival horror series ever. And since no Resident Evil has been announced for XBox (even though there has been rumor) were going to have to make due with what we have. And trust, I didn't just settle for SH2:RD-it's an amazing game. It has the best graphics of any survival horror style game. This is a fun game that is a must have for any survial horror fan!

Gameplay: The gameplay is very direct. You follow a path that is laid out for you by road blocks, fences, and other sorts of things. But sometimes it can be very confusing when it comes to finding items. A strategy guide definitely aides you in thsi game. Also, the controls are somewhat confusing, but with some practice their very easy to master. Also, I thought this game was somewhat short though the extra scenario will add some more gameplay, and there are 5 different endings to the main scenario.

Graphics: This game has great graphics. Definitely, take the noise filter off in the options sections. Event though it might take away a little from the atmostphere the result is a stunning picture that is worth showing off. The fog is very realistic and somewhat annoying since it creates a narrow and short path of viewing. The CG sequences play right into the game which is very cool.

Audio: The sound only adds to the horror of Silent Hill. The moans of the zombies, the door slamming, the crying of a little girl-it way too cool. The sound by itself will make you want to keep the lights on when you play this game.

Suggestions: Make it longer, add more enemies and bosses, make it even gorier, and add even more weapons. Also follow Resident Evil's footsteps. Make it more than one playable character in the main scenario. That would add immensely to the gameplay

Overall Score: 9.0 / 10 Madden NFL 2002

Overall: I personally think this is the best football game out there. It has the best graphics, John Madden, tons of teams, and lots of other cool things like Madden Cards. This game has better graphics than Fever. Also, it is more challenging than Fever. It is much more realistic. Not to say Fever isn't good. Fever is a great game but me, being an avid Madden fan love the Madden style and gameplay. If your looking which one to buy rent both and alos check out NFL 2K2. But don't get ESPN-- its trash. The only bad thing about Madden is that Madden is a PS2 port. I hope next year, Madden 2003 will be designed for Xbox- taking full advantage of its RAW POWER!!

Gameplay: Madden has great gameplay. There is tons of modes like season, franchise, two minute drill sitiuation, ect. The variety makes this game very interesting and fun- keeping you glued for hours. It's not too easy that you always win like in fever. Madden provides you with a challeging and realiestic football experience.

Graphics: Maddens graphics are amzing. The animations on the players face, the breath on cold days is remarkable. The replays make you feel like your actuallly watching the game live. Madden definitely recieves an A+ for presentation and graphics.

Audio: The sound is okay. The crowd cheering, the QB calling the plays, the annoucers(John Madden & Pat Sumerall) are cool too. Also the sound effects like the players getting tackled is great. But the annoucers do get annoying after a while.

Suggestions: Next time, make the XBox version of Madden 2003 specifically designed for the XBox and not a port of PS2

Overall Score: 8.0 / 10 Halo: Combat Evolved

Overall: This is my favorite game ever. It has a great storyline, good graphics, and is really fun. The storyline is like reading a #1 New York Times Bestseller. It's that good. This has to be one of the greatest FPS ever. Whoever say an console FPS would never be better than a PC FPS has never played Halo. Halo is a must have for XBox.

Gameplay: This game is great. It's easy to control and very fun. I play it all the time. I've beaten it on Normal, Heroric, and Legedary. It's also cool how you can play it Co-Op. This provides even more fun. The multiplayer is awesome too. It is way better that Bond, Halflife, and Quake. The only negative thing I can say is that it is a little short and easy. I almost forgot. This game hast the best AI ever. Period.

Graphics: The graphics are great. It's really cool with all the explosions and blood. It makes it look really good.

Audio: The sound is awesome. The music is strange, but cool and the voice overs are great. I love the Grunts. They are really funny. The alien voices just add to the masterpiece. The sound really adds to this game.

Suggestions: i want online play now! Also, make Halo 2 have more levels, more weapons, more vechicles, ect. MORE HALO PLEASE!!!!!!!!!

Overall Score: 10.0 / 10 Fuzion Frenzy

Overall: This game is fun but not a good single player game. Also a lot of the games are stupid and boring. If you have the demo on Halo or another game, don't bother buying it. The demo is most of the good games and is all the game has to offer.

Gameplay: This game is fun when your with your friends but it sucks when your alone. As I said before, most if not all of the good games are on the demo. The only thing the demo does not have that might be good is the whole tournament. You can only play two areas instead of 5. I think this game is too repetitive.

Graphics: This game has good graphics but its nothing to be proud about. Their average for XBox. They don't take any real advantage of the Xbox's raw power.

Audio: The sound is off-beat and funky in a cool kind of way. Its weird and strange which makes it unique. Also, your able to put your own sound track on which is cool.

Suggestions: This game is not worth 50 bucks. Add more single player game play that is worth playing and maybe you'll have something.

Overall Score: 5.0 / 10 Amped: Freestyle Snowboarding

Overall: I think this game is pretty cool. Its got the hugest soundtrack I've ever seen! I like the realworld locations, the real sponsers, and the graphics, but one thing sucks. They made impressing sponsers way too hard. Also, the multiplayer sould allow for split screen, and they should have the push mode that is seen in Shaun Plalmer. But overall its a great snowboarding game.

Gameplay: This game is really cool at first. Then when you get to the later locations it is too hard to impress the sponsers. It gets way to frustrating that it makes you not want to play it.

Graphics: The game has really good graphics. The board designs are exact to the real life boards. The mountains in the backround are amazing.

Audio: LIke I said, the sound track is huge. Its got music from all sorts of genre. Unlike Tony Hawk you hardly hrear the same song twice. The sound effects are pretty good too.

Suggestions: I think they should make impressing sponsers much easier. Other than that it is pretty cool.

Overall Score: 8.0 / 10
