Unreal Championship

Overall: Unreal Championship was a great game for me the first few days I had it, but now I rarely play it. It doesn't require much skill, and the graphics aren't the greatest, but it still can be a fun game. I wish it was fun enough to keep me wanting to play it, though.

Gameplay: The gameplay is okay. I think that it is kind of a button masher game. You don't really have to aim at people to hit them. The controls are easy to learn. Setup and everything else was easy. I don't think gameplay is that great on single player. The bots are too &q

Graphics: The graphics are great, except for the frame rate. It really sucks. I think many people have said this before. I didn't really bother me at first, but the last time I played it it really did.

Audio: I don't like the sound. The music is annoying. The sound effects are annying. I do like how the jumps sound different for different characters...

Suggestions: Work on that frame rate.....a lot!

Overall Score: 8.0 / 10 Sega GT 2002

Overall: This is an awesome racing game. I'd compare it to Gran Turismo 2, with much better graphics. The gameplay, graphics, and sound are all great. There were a few things I didn't like. I wish the game were a bit longer because I am already tired of it, and I've had it about two weeks. I also wish the SS license test was easier because I struggled with it for a long time. Oh, and I was very dissapointed that there was no memory card feature. I kinda wish there were more tracks and cars, too. Other than these things, the game was nice. I'm giving this game a high score because I usually don't like racing games, but I did like this one.

Gameplay: The controls are very realistic. I didn't really like the default settings, though. I changed the controls so that I used the triggers more. Buying parts plays a major influence on how your car runs and controls. Money is pretty easy to earn, so buying the parts is no problem. I think there should have been more tracks and cars, but there are enough in the game to make it fun.

Graphics: The graphics were good except for the trees and the people. They were flat. It made the game look PS2ish. I like how the cars actually look like they're going fast, unlike in Gran Turismo 3. The roads looked nice. The cars did too, except for silver ones. They were too shiny. The weather effects were awesome! I loved the sunlight. It was sooo realistic.

Audio: The sound was really good. I didn't like the default music, but I enjoyed the soundtrack feature a lot. The cars sounded cool. The only annoying thing about the sound was having to turn on the jukebox feature every time I started playing. I wish the game could remember that I liked it on, but I'm not going to take off points because of it.

Suggestions: Add memory card feature! Make trees and people look better. Lengthen the game, but make the license tests easier. Add more cars and tracks.

Overall Score: 9.0 / 10 Elder Scrolls III : Morrowind

Overall: I though Morrowind was really good at first, but then I played it for a few hours and I got tired of it. It is very open-ended, and there are so many things you can do in it, but to me it gets tiring. I don't find the missions fun to do, and battling monsters gets extremely annoying. The only reason I found the first few hours fun is because all I did was explore and steal. Following the plot isn't fun. If you're looking for a good RPG to buy, I think you should wait for Project Ego or Star Wars: KOTOR.

Gameplay: The controls are confusing at first, much like the default Halo controls. I got used to them in about thirty minutes. I think the characters walk too slow. I have to jump constantlyto get around fast. You can mess with anything in this game. It is extremely open-ended. The missions and battles are annoying. There are a lot of bugs that can make the game easier. I wish that this game was more like the Final Fantasy games.

Graphics: The graphics are horrible, despite what people say. The frame rates are slow. If you move to fast in a detailed level, you can notice skipping. The characters look very unrealistic. There are no textures in the levels. The water is way too shiny.

Audio: The sound is just as horrible as the graphics. The sounds are all wrong when you walk. There are no voices (you have to read a lot!) The effects are repetative at times.

Suggestions: If you make an Elder Scrolls IV, don't delay it so much. Make it less open-ended.

Overall Score: 5.0 / 10 Hunter: The Reckoning

Overall: This game is amazing! I've had it for a few weeks now. I would recommend it to anyone. I usually don't like bloody games, but this one was awesome!

Gameplay: Very nice controls. I've been using my Controller S for this game. The camera can put objects in your view at times, which is annoying. The weapons are cool.

Graphics: Great graphics. The water looks real. Tons of reflections, textures, and all that good stuff! The people and bosses are OK looking. The levels are the best.

Audio: There are really nice sound effects in this game. Sometimes the music is too loud, but you can adjust it.

Suggestions: I'd like to see a sequel.

Overall Score: 10.0 / 10 Oddworld: Munch's Oddysee

Overall: This is one of my favorite Xbox games. It is so fun. I traded SSX Tricky for it, and thought that it might be a "little kid" game, but it wasnt.

Gameplay: The controls are very easy to get used to. I like how in this game, you actually have to think of what to do.

Graphics: This game has great graphics. Especially the videos. They're fun to watch. The game graphics are good, but not the best.

Audio: I like the sound affects during the videos. It adds to the comic effect. I also like Abe's and Munch's voices.

Suggestions: Great Game! I'd like to see more in the Oddworld series.

Overall Score: 10.0 / 10 Gunvalkyrie

Overall: I love this game. Gamespot totally underrated it. I have heard many people complain about the controls, but I had no trouble learning them. The whole first level is a tutorial on how to use the controls! This game is difficult, though. I had to buy a strategy guide for it. Anyway, in this game, you are a Gunvalkyrie Dolphin Team operative, either Kelly O'Lenmey or Saburouta Mishima, your choice. You have been sent to the planet Tir na Nog, which is infested with insect-like mutants which are thought to be genetically transformed colonists. Dr. Hebble, a brilliant scientist who supposedly has gone mad and vanished, is suspected to have something to do with the mutants. Your mission is to get to the bottom of the colonists' transformation, and to find Dr. Hebble and bring him back.

Gameplay: The controls aren't difficult! It should only take 30 minutes max. to master them. What you do in this game relies on what level you are on. In some levels, your mission is to kill all the enemies. In others, your mission is to kill only a certain species of enemy. Some missions just want you to get to the end of the level. This game is defintitely not short. It is very hard, which I like. Both Kelly and Saburouta have 3 guns. The guns lock on to your enemies, but you need to line up shots manually, sometimes. Kelly is the easier character to play with. You use your jet pack a lot, doing flips and turns all over the place. The more flips you do, the higher your GV fuel gets, which allows you to perform special attacks. At the end of each level, you get a grade. You usually get a bad one. I don't really like the grading scale because it is very harsh.

Graphics: The graphics are amazing in this game. The ground and rocks have texture. The water reflects and ripples. Kelly and Saburouta look like a mixture of cel shaded drawings and computer drawings. When you shoot the enemies, they explode realistically. These graphics can compete with Halo's.

Audio: I enjoyed the music. Each level has its own song. I felt that the songs very much matched the levels. The sound effects were great. When many enemies approach me at once, the sound of their hungry groans makes me want to escape right away. Flying enemies fly over me and drop whistling explosive spores. Scary!

Suggestions: Great Game!

Overall Score: 10.0 / 10 Star Wars: Obi-Wan

Overall: This game isn't really all that great. I thought it would be because I like Star Wars, but it was just walking and swinging your light saber.

Gameplay: The controls were weird. It was hard for me to use the lightsaber. The plot was Episode one. I think that its too late for an episode one game

Graphics: Ok graphics. I wish they were better because this game couldve had better graphics and woulvdve been really cool

Audio: I liked the Star Wars music. It got stuck in my head sometimes. This was a strong point of the game.

Overall Score: 7.0 / 10 Airforce Delta Storm

Overall: This was a fun game. I don't usually like war or plane games, but I got into this one. The graphics are really good, controls are too.

Gameplay: The controls were good, it took me a little longer than usual to get used to them, but I am now. I like shooting missiles at the other planes and dodging the missiles too. The only thing is that I dont think this game would last too long.

Graphics: The graphics are very good. The planes rocks water ships..everything looks real(sort of). But it still has very good graphics.

Audio: MMMM, I dont like the music. It is 80s rockish music. They couldve fixed this. You can't customize it either :-(

Overall Score: 8.0 / 10 NHL Hitz 2002

Overall: I'm not a hockey fan or anything, but this game is kind of fun. Its a little easy to score goals against the computer, but there are difficulties. I like the fights. This game is really unique.

Gameplay: The controls were easy for me to learn. The game is easy to learn. Its fun. I'm thinking it wouldnt last long though because I'm starting to get a little tired of it.

Graphics: Good graphics. The ice is shiny! NEat. The players kind of look real. Um, I'd say this has moderate to good graphics.

Audio: I didn't notice much sound. Honestly, I don't remember the sound from this game because I rented it a few weeks ago so im just going to give it 5 stars.

Suggestions: Good job!

Overall Score: 7.0 / 10 Project Gotham Racing

Overall: This game was fun. Its hard though. Its hard to get lots of Kudos points and beat the other cars. But, I like challenging games. The graphics were really nice. I'd say this is a buyer.

Gameplay: Good controls. Like i said before, this game is hard. If you like challenging games, get this. if u likr racing games, get this.

Graphics: Very good graphics. There are reflections, track marks and all that good stuff. I noticed that everything was detailed.

Audio: Nice sound. The cars sounded like cars and the music was good. I was wondering if this game could be played online...

Overall Score: 9.0 / 10 Fuzion Frenzy

Overall: This is a good party game. Has good graphics. Many games and characters to choose from. You can change the difficulty. I'd recommend renting it, not buying.

Gameplay: There are new controls to every game. Its kind of annoying. There are tons of levels. Most of them are fun. This game might get tiring.

Graphics: It has good, but not great graphics. I guess it doesnt really matter though for a party game. The videos are OK.

Audio: The music is Ok again. Not the best, thats why I'd recommend just renting this game because i don't think itll last too long.

Suggestions: Nope. Good party game. Make more fun levels.

Overall Score: 8.0 / 10 Cel Damage

Overall: This game is really fun only if you use cheat codes. It has good graphics, easy controls. Theres many weapons. Its a fun multiplayer game. But its not fun to play from beginning to end. Its only fun if u use the ENCHILADA! cheat.

Gameplay: The controls are easy to learn. I would recommend using cheats. There are lots of characters and lots of weapons to choose from.

Graphics: Really nice graphics. I like the shading. The little effects make the graphics even better. This looks like a real cartoon.

Audio: The characters say funny things. The music is nice. The sound effects are nice, also. I think that the videos had giid sound too.

Suggestions: Make it into a story mode, instead of just seperate levels that you need to earn. Because I used cheats to get the levels!

Overall Score: 9.0 / 10 Halo: Combat Evolved

Overall: I really liked this game. It is my personal favorite launch game. Everything was perfect about it except for multiplayer. I wish that there were bots or sims or whatever you call them. Definite must buy, though.

Gameplay: Good gameplay. I had to change the control settings to legacy because the origanal setting was way confusing and hard. This game was my 1st Xbox game, and it really got me used to the Xbox controller with the quick tutorial at the beginning. I wish there were bots in multiplayer.

Graphics: Great graphics. There are tons of reflections, textures, etc. Master Chief looked really cool. Theres nothing much to say besides that the graphics were great.

Audio: I liked the music a lot. It was exciting. The sound effects were great. Walking, driving, and all that stuff sounded real.

Suggestions: Bots in multiplayer, standard controls should be like legacy

Overall Score: 10.0 / 10 Tony Hawk Pro Skater 2x

Overall: This was a fun game. I don't think I'll get tired of this for a while. The controls were like Playstation, but the graphics were much better. I liked the music. The levels are cooler than on Playstation.

Gameplay: Like I said, controls were easy. There were many tricks to do. I'm not a skater and I still found this game fun. I really liked the levels. They were large with many jumps and grinds.

Graphics: It had great graphics, like most Xbox games. The characters looked realistic. I didn't like how there were X's everywhere. That was kind of corny.

Audio: Good music for skaters. I liked the sound affects. The grinds and jumps etc. sounded real. The voices were good too.

Suggestions: Nope, it was a good game.

Overall Score: 9.0 / 10 Dead or Alive 3

Overall: This game is great. The graphics are amazing compared to other games. It almost looks real. There are many different modes that you can play, making the game last long. It has good music. The Japanese is a little annoying at first, but you get used to it. The controls are easy to get used to. There are many cool characters to choose from. Overall, this is a great fighting game. I recommend buying it.

Gameplay: The gameplay is nice. Controls are easy to learn. There are many neat moves, and you can interact with background objects. Very nice!

Graphics: The visual appeal was awesome, especially for a launch game. And rumor has it that Xbox is using only 50% of its graphics capabilities...

Audio: This is the only place I'm going to mark down. I didn't like the Japanese talking. You can't change it to English (unless I missed something.) The music was good. It kapt me pumped!

Suggestions: Let it be in English also.

Overall Score: 9.0 / 10 SSX Tricky

Overall: This game is the funnest I've ever played on the Xbox. It is addicting. The graphics, sound, and gameplay are the best. It's a great value. It lasts for a very long time.

Gameplay: There is so much to say about this game that I can't say it all. The gameplay is great. There are many characters to choose from, each with their own personalities. You earn new outfits and boards for each character. The levels are all fun, some realistic and some fictional. You make friends and enemies with characters. You can push other people down. The tutorial mode lets you learn all the tricks. The Uber tricks are impossible and make the game fun. You can either race or showoff tricks. This game will last a long time. It isn't easy and it isn't hard.

Graphics: The graphics are amazing. Each level is superior in its own way. The snow has texture and looks real. There are shadows, rays of light, realistic looking mountains, and more.

Audio: The music is really good in this game. If you like it a lot, you can go to the jukebox included in the game and listen to all the music. The snow and ice sounds real when you ride over it. The characters say funny things.

Suggestions: You made a great game!

Overall Score: 10.0 / 10 Max Payne

Overall: This game wasn't that great. All you really did was walk in a room, shoot some people, walk in a new room, and shoot some more people. Every once in a while you would watch a comic-like video. The plot never kept my interest. The graphics were like the computer game. The only thing I thought was neat was the bullet time, allowing you to slow down time and dodge bullets. Before I bought this game, I thought it looked cool, but when I played it, it really wasn't. I don't even want to play it anymore because I'm doing nothing but walking into rooms and shooting people over and over again. I don't think it's worth buying. If you're looking for a good action game, I'd recommend Halo.

Gameplay: This was the only strength of the game. The bullet time was neat. It let you slow down time and dodge bullets. You could mess around with lots of background objects. The controls were easy to learn. However, I think this game could've used the rumble pack.

Graphics: This game didn't use all of the Xbox's graphics capabilities. It looks just like the computer game.

Audio: I didn't like the sound. During the comic-like movies, the music skipped. Also, when you entered new rooms, the music abrubtly changed.

Suggestions: You focused too much on the game play and not on anything else.

Overall Score: 4.0 / 10
