Overall: I love this game. I wish it had lsated longer online. It looks great, feels so real, and there is no cheating online. Has a really good career which is very challenging on the highest level.
Gameplay: Very difficult to master and bike handles different and reacts different in different weather. Easy controls but takes skill to be good.
Graphics: Game looks so good. Have never played a motorcycle racing game that looked so great. Tracks are perfectly accurate and look very real.
Sound: Sounds really good. Just like a real race would. Hear when you brake, shift, hit gravel, when someone passes you. Adds a lot to the game.

Overall: a good game.. but not my type. Nice graphics, and unique gameplay... a tribute to the xbox
Gameplay: gameplay is aimed at sim style controls, it is nice... but often difficult. It is unique, and most importantly offers great multiplayer and live features.
Graphics: lovely graphics, and the ability to customise your bike is detailed and polished... bikes look great, as do the roads they drive on... and the bikers who ride them!!
Sound: sound is above average... but not enough to call it a highlight of the game... bikes sound nice, but all are somewhat simular

Overall: A sequel to the original motor bike racing game that surpasses it. One of the best racing games ever. I would say better than Project Gotham racing 2. The graphics are superb and the controls are slick. Speed is essential if you want to win as well as handling. Overall its great.
Gameplay: The gameplay has been tweaked from its predecessor but only for the best. When you first play it, you're probably wondering how are you meant control these bikes but then as you continue to play it, you begin to feel right at home. The 2 triggers act as your front and back brakes. The placement of these brakes are great. That means that you can brake independently. Hard to start off, easy to finish
Graphics: The visuals of these bikes are great. The bikes engines, the exhaust pipes and the wheels are absolutely stunning to look at. You can even customise your bike so when you go online, you can show it off. The environments look much better and more detailed than the original. The ground and the grass looks very detailed. You can't see the rain droplets but it does splatter on your screen. The smoke effects, the skid marks and the environment are terrific, much better than Project Gotham Racing 2.
Sound: The sound it superb as well. Basically the sound of engines, skid sounds, crashes and the water effects sounds terrific. When it is raining, you can just feel like its a terrible day. Their soundtracks are kind of dull but you can always put some of your soundtracks if you're feeling dull.
Suggestions: The game is based on realism but if they mix realism with fantasy then it will last a life time. Add different weather conditions like snow, ice and that the bikes will will handle and react differently to the conditions. What I want is cities that you can ride through rather than race tracks. That way it wouldn't look dull. Apart from that, everything else is fine.

Overall: Despite its rating Moto GP 2 is really only... Average. Although its fast and enjoyable, it doesn't offer the variety that racers such as Project Gotham 2 do.
Gameplay: Gameplay is that of most racers... Racing. Kind of says it all really. But the game offers no challenge variety to make the gameplay special. Average again I'm afraid.
Graphics: Pretty decent but not enough to redeem it from the lack of variety within its gameplay. Its quite smooth, generally pretty good looking.
Sound: Motorcycle engines, they sound good too, but I wasn't too keen on the music, it got a little annoying when trying to concentrate on a race.
Suggestions: Add some variety, if thats possible in a grand prix racer, if not, don't try again. Simple.

Overall: Overall i have to give it a perfect score because it is just such a great racing game. Even the subtle changes from the first one make it put it to shame.
Gameplay: Very fun game. But really hard to beat on the highest level in order to perfect youre bike and compete online. But still the challenge is great.
Graphics: Visually spectacular. By far the best motorcycle game ive ever played. Every aspect of the game visually is perfect.
Sound: Sound is great. Wish you could hear the crowd at times but its not like youd hear it in real life anyways.

Overall: I have been waiting for this game for months and it sure was worth the wait. If you like racing you are going to love this game. And if you don't like racing after you play this game I gurantee you will!!! One of the best games to date on Xbox Live a must have for every XBOX owner!!!
Gameplay: Very challenging game compared to the first Moto GP!! The training mode is unbelievable, this alone after you complete it will make you a better racer.Count on taking a couple days of from work or school once you start this.Just a great game!!!
Graphics: The graphics are beautiful if you get a chance to see them when your driving 195 MPH.Very detailed compared to the first game.Good Job!!
Sound: Sounds are great you can customize your sounds with your favorite soundtracks. Bikes sound good, but my Rockin down the highway soundtrack sounds better. Just ask my neighbors they called my house twice the first day I got the game to ask if there building a speedway close by. House was rockin!!!
Suggestions: Very happy with this game. Thanks for making a Moto Gp II it was worth the wait. You guys did a GREAT JOB!!!!!!!!

Overall: What a great racing game. Everything about this racer is top notch, with great gameplay/graphics. I was forced to buy this cause of no F1 game for the xbox, and this was the closest racing experience to that of F1 . . . i.e. superb tracks and physics.
Gameplay: Fantastic physics for this racer, it sure gets the adrenaline pumping. The tracks are awesome, very similar to the F1 tracks in feel.
Graphics: Very vivid graphics, beautiful scenery, bike and track detail. A definite upgrade versus the first edition, and that was pretty d*mn good in it's own right graphically.
Sound: There's really not much they can do with a bike racing sim sound wise. The bikes sound fine to me, they could be a bit throatier I guess but what do I know, I've never been to a "grand prix type" bike race before.
Suggestions: Nothin' other than regular graphic tweaks, you guys got a great game here!

Overall: good i guess, if u have moto gp 1 then this is really worth the money for the second, there are some nice add-ons but not worth extra money for mgp1 owners
Gameplay: gameplay is fun, frustrating for new players however, u might find it difficult to get a hang of the feel, when i started i constantly fell every corner
Graphics: graphics r incredible for this game, everything looks very realistic, and they get the tracks down quite well, identical almost
Sound: sound goes well, considering how many sounds could u really have for a racing game "vroom?" yeah well it works

Overall: Best GP bike game i have played. i never bought the first one, but played the demo with XBL. i actually don't even follow GP racing, but this game is great for racing fans - it's a whole different game dynamic. it's a true XBLive game, with your rider linked to your profile.
Gameplay: There are a lot of game options for MGP2. By default you can login to your live account when you boot this game. single player mode has career and time trials and stunt modes. multi-player has XBL, split screen and system link. there are riders to unlock, and also mini-games to unlock. posting good times can give you access to mirrored, reversed, and mirrored reversed tracks.
the only thing that missing that would make it really hard-core is the option to crash out of a race/s and see your bike break apart sometimes on really bad spills.
Graphics: Great graphics and animation with a good selection of camera angles. weather effects and tunnel vision speed effects are well done - and replays can sometimes look like real video footage. would be nice to see bike parts fly off if they ever let the bikes get damaged in crashes.
Sound: the game lets players use their own soundtracks. the bikes have their own unique sounds. i don't recall a 5.1 option, but i don't have surround anyway. since the game is not arcade-ish there is no annoying announcer (woohoo!)
Suggestions: on the 100% sim mode, and maximum difficulty, let people destroy the bikes in crashes. (of course option to turn destroy bikes off in multi-player,) or have it as a single player career only option.

Overall: You don't just play this game, you are the game!. When your trying to fly around corners in order to take the lead on the last lap your whole body is involved with the turn. I am very impressed with this game and it took all I had to keep me from buying the MotoGP, I played the demo that came with Live because I knew the second edition would be incredible. And incredible it is. The customization is second to none and the ablity to put your name or team name on a bike to possibly have team games and tournements is simply astounding. Even though the review side bar states that the game does not support soundtracks, my sound track has been on and the jams keep comming, whether its in the training, the challenge, or race portion of the game, my "stick up kids" soundtrack has been playing. I really like the pick-up and play attitude this game have. You just have to master the tracks and turns and you are on your way to the best, most intence racing you have experienced in a long time. The Live support is superior. Banging eachother on the track and say "Hi" to your opponent is great fun and should not be missed. The othe big issue I find very helpful is if some jerk tries to play in a poor manner to what the rest of the contestants are doing, the jerk rider will be seen as a "ghost". That right there is huge. Hey i'll stop writing and go to work(opps, i'm at work now) and i will see you on the track. SlaveZero
Gameplay: Gameplay is the balls, nothing better than racing top level riders and trying to pass them on the last lap and both of you crashing, allowing other riders the win. Great game.
Graphics: Part of the reason I got this game was the graff. All kidding aside this game just looks good. At all angles and replay mode. No racing game is as stunning as this, you can bet me!
Sound: The review from XA states that the sound track is not supported but in the "overall" discription above I write that it is working and I have had a blast with my sound track. The music for the game sucks. But thats why I thank Mr. Gates for the HD. SFX in game are great. I have a few freinds that were in the racing circut and the bikes sound great. But i'm looking to unlock the "screaming kids" tailpipe sound.
Suggestions: I can't complain about this game. This game could last forever and not get dusty. Whether in career mode, training, or on Live, this game just has me. A suggestion to developers would be to get a tournement started soon!. Great job Climax and THQ. A big thank you from this gamer.

Overall: Definately a sequal. Motogp 2 delivers more intense action, even more detail, more tracks, bikes, customization, extras, videos and more. I definately feel good about adding a second motogp game to my collection.
Gameplay: Racing either 500 or 1000cc motorcycles. The difference is huge. Customization isn't terribly deep, but when you change things like tire compund, gear ratio, suspension or the other stuff, the bike handles noticably differently which is a plus. So before going into an online race with your customized bike you can change the properties depending on the track they are racing so you dont get smoked because your turning radius is set for long wide tracks and they're doing a tight twist one. This adds depth to an already jam packed game. By the end of the game you not only unlock all kinds of cool stuff you also get to see the historical season highlights from the real 2002 GP series, which alone is worth the price....I wonder who won last year?
Graphics: Lets just say you dont mind crashing...the new crash cam is really cool!
As always dont worry its no fugly *ss PS2 game (haha Suckers).
Its more along the lines of Splinter cell(XB)and DOAXBV quality. A real treat. The riders and bikes are very well defined. You can write your name and put it anywhere on your bike with shapes and stuff and see it during your replay which by the way are the best replays in any game ever with at least 10 different effects, the wireframe effect among others from GP1 is not as cool as the wire effect from GP2.
Sound: Sounds are distinct between different bike classes. When you crash and slide down the pavement as someone passes you, its so cool the way they sound as they pass you, different from the sound of the bike when your actually on it. Crowds chearing, brakes screaching, DOWNSHIFTING, its all in there. Music I think is probly best using your own soundtrack and that would make the sound category solid.
Suggestions: Well lets keep the 3rd incarnation with the same formula only add a track editor and put some ramps in for some jumps. So we can have the motogp game we al know and an arcade version of this awesome simulation.

Overall: Absolutely incredible. The graphics are great, the sound is realistic and the gameplay is superb. If you are a motorcycle fan then this is a MUST buy. Even if you are just a racing fan you should take a look at this. There are so many unlockables and different aspects to the game you could play it forever and not get bored.
Gameplay: The gameplay is rather difficult at first. Once you get used to it though, it all makes sense. I love how the brakes are separate front and rear. Also, wheelies, stoppies, burnouts, and power slides are all apart of the game and in some instances necessary to win. There are also lots of different game types and unlockables.
Graphics: The graphics are incredible. The track detail is just outstanding. During the replays it's tough to tell if it is a game or real life on some of the camera angles.
Sound: The sound is pretty cool. You can actually hear a difference between the 2 strokes, and 4 strokes as well as the different engine configurations such as Honda's V5, Suzuki's V4, etc.
