Overall: Finding nemo the movie was great... but what have they done with the game??? It is prety much 2D, and too boring and repetative to keep a young child entertained. I bought this for my 7yr old sister, who immediatly complained about the repetativness of going through rings constantly. A real step back from the movie, just another crap movie tie-in.
Gameplay: gameplay is slow, often hard, stupid and repetative... going through rings constantly with next to no storyline is not what i would call GAMEPLAY.
Graphics: the games only better point has to be it's visuals, while being nowhere near great, or groundbreaking... they do look colourful and nice. but it is basicly a "d game, so your xbox's graphical power will be far from pushed.
Sound: basic, nothing too bad... nothing too good... just bog-standard. water sounds good, and voices are okay... but actors are different to those in the movie, and acting sounds very immature.
Suggestions: change the target audience to that of the movie... and dont even touch any of the ideas from the first game.

Overall: not too bad, would be a challenge for kids tho and is extremely repetative!! Some of the levels are very annoying but overall its a bit of fun!
Gameplay: You basically just go through the challenges they face in the movie where you havta finish the level but there are also small tasks that you get rewarded with golden starfish! Not much variety in the tasks tho
Graphics: visually its pretty good, all the characters look good, the water effects are cool and live quite closely to the movie
Sound: Not alot for the ears on this one, the sound of water splashing for hours and hours get on ya nerves after a while, especially when you have an annoying level! Music is pretty cool, for a kiddies game ;)
Suggestions: Make it more funny, there wasnt enough humour, THQ made spongebob and thats very humorous! Also needs for variety in the levels and tasks. Ofcourse we havta wait for Nemo 2 the movie first ;)

Overall: This game hits #2 on my World's most agitating games list. However, it's still a good game. Its very repetitive in what you have to do and all and some puzzles are quite difficult. Seeing as how this is a kids type of game Id think they'd make it a bit easier than what it ended up to be, but I suppose it contained a mix of easy and hard within the game.
Gameplay: Not various modes that help you to want to continue and play the game, but story is fun for a while. This game can bring at least a good 10 hours of gaming if you complete it 100 percent through, but you can only play the game 20 minutes at a time. If you overdo playing that game for too long you will brake your controller against the wall.
Graphics: Great visuals. In fact, best part of the game. Especially with its add-in movie clips. Which by the way what a great movie. Anyway all fish and water and environment is just so impressive. Ill have to say its the best fish game for xbox, it definitely beats Pro Cast that sega game..Or so Ive heard its bad.
Anyway Graphics = A+++++++++++!
Sound: The sounds were all good. The sound of fish and the water moving. This game is all around goody except for the slight agitation the gameplay may cause.
Suggestions: Less agitating and less repetitive objectives...

Overall: Is the next trend in movie tie-in games
going to be interweaving film and
game sequences mimicking scenes from
the game? I had to quit playing so I
wouldn't see too many spoilers. Not that
this is a bad thing - I went back to the
beginning and not only stopped to
admire the wonderfully rendered
undersea environment, but also earned
the various bonuses one can aquire by
completing certain tasks. Complete all
that level's bonuses and you can see
conceptual artwork as an "extra." Not a
bad play dynamic.

Gameplay: You move each of the games 3 possible
characters with the left joystick, and have
control of 2 buttons, A and X. Push A,
and you'll pick up a pebble, push X, and
you'll get a burst of speed, or dart into
something. Simple, right? Well, yes, most
of the time - until the camera angle
changes and you're character is now
swimming towards you, and not away...

Puzzles are quite simple, although one
section had me baffled until I had a
realization about a particular feaure of
the landscape... I don't know how
obvious that would have been to
younger players. And a "tile" based
bonus mini-game had me pulling my hair
out for quite some time... All part of the
fun, I suppose.

The 3d aspect of the game can be a bit
frustrating. More often than not I'd *
swear* I swam through that !&%$@#*
ring o'
bubbles, only to see it still remain. Also,
some hazards can appear as if you'll
miss them, but nope... tagged... "hafta
start over."
Graphics: The graphics are excellent for this game.
The undersea environment is rendered
beautifully, and the character animations
are spot on. I did notice one slight
clipping error. Overall, I was quite
impressed.
Sound: I believe the voice actors from the film
were used for the game. If not, they are
spot on identical, and the acting great.
The music lush, if not a bit repetive...
Suggestions: Since this game will obviously appeal to
smaller children, a much easier
"youngster" mode needs to be
implemented... this could include, but not
be limited too reduction or elimination of
some/most hazards, more tolerance for
not being "exactly" where one needs to
be to accomplish a task - i.e. swimming
through a bubble ring, etc. As it stands
this game would frustrate, rather than
entertain a younger, or less skilled
player.
