Overall: I have never played the PC version, however, overall this game is fun to play but does have some issues to be taken care of.
Gameplay: I'll go with the pro's first, almost everything you do in real life you can so in this game, which brings realism in games to a whole new level. You can customize your characters, houses and even choose where you work. Now with the con's, some of the camera angles are horrible, there are spots where you can't even see your player. It is very aggravating when the bus is out front to take you to work and your character won't move for some reason.
Graphics: Is this an Xbox title, I can't tell with the Dreamcast graphics. The character graphics should have looked so much better
Sound: I think this is the high point of the game, with so many interactive items in the house, all of them have there own unique sound when you use them.
Suggestions: Needs work but not bad, would like to see PC version on Xbox.

Overall: the sims busting out is an okay game... but it really is just okay...the storyline is not exactly involving, and to tell the truth, the game gets quite boring within a short period of time. if you want to play THE sims in all it's glory... go for the pc version.
Gameplay: controls might take some time to get to grips with... but once you have grasped them they are easy enough. 2 player mode is a good idea, but seems flawed. gameplay can sometimes be fun... but only really in short sessions... the game is different to it's computer superior in many ways... it feels better on the computer, and suits it better and also on the computer version you are not nearly as restrictedwhen building... i feel that the console version is simply a human mood simulator... hey is that a new genre?? HMS? i think il just call it a strategy game... just a pity that it's not that good
Graphics: in terms of visuals it beats the pc version, and the ability to move the camera around different perspectives is a welcome one... however, with sims2 out on the pc it is going to have to take a lot more from the console versions to match it.
Sound: sound is about the same as the pc version.... but with neither being that great and the game not making use of the xboxs powerful audio qualities it only deserves an average mark.
Suggestions: we dont want a different game... we want the game that made the pc game so good.... the same as the pc version

Overall: The Sims: Bustin' Out is quite some game, and as I am approaching my third week of having this popular x-box, as well as pc title I am quite disappointed in the replay value. The whole story line of getting all of the sims stuff back from Malcolm is quite a lame story line, but I still like to play it it is well worth hours of fun, but I should have kept it as a renter, and I must rate this simulate with a 3.2 to be exact, but i will give it a 3 for rounding.
Gameplay: The ability to control a functioning person is quite powerful, and at times quite challenging. For instance, think of this: A person wakes up from be and you have to focus on all of the necessities. Some of these include Food, Sleep, Fun, and relationships. Basically if your sim doesn't have a high amount of all of these things, then he or she won't want to do any thing to build skills, which are needed for a raise.
Graphics: Personally, I liked the graphics and the visuals of the objects interacting with your sim, and the way the graphic animators chose to show certain things with any type of view you might possibly want to see it in.
Sound: I rated the sound as low as a 2.5 because of the fact that where you are in the house the sounds from all over come into your field of sound, and I found this quite frustrating. But there was one good thing of the sound... For instance, like when a sim plays a guitar, piano, synthesizer, or any other musical instrument for each skill level they have a different song, and this was great.
Suggestions: Please for gods sake come out with a better story line, and the issue about the sound...
