Outlaw Golf
Overall: I am not a golfer. My original trek to the store was to locate MLB Slugfest, which is appearantly not out yet. I went ahead and bought this Golf game as it appeared simular in nature (take a boring game and make it exciting). Well, the developers sure did a good job as I was glued to the XBOX for well over 6 hours yesterday. I like the way the game handles. It is difficult without being frustrating (like Transworld Surf as been lately). Gameplay: Like the way the graphics look. The desert series reminds me of the many courses around the Arizona desert and possibly Palm Springs. The caddy beating option is always a nice twister to regain some face and turn a losing game into a winning opportunity. I love to throw back a few beers while playing this game against a few of my old friends. As an older generation player, I really enjoy these types of games.
Graphics: Fantastic visuals. Not much more I can say here other than I long for a 62" screen to play it on (but that's my problem). The detail is very obvious when playing.
Audio: Sounds are terrific. I am not sure if the sound is in 5.1 as I saw no coding on the box to indicate such. None the less, I run with a Pro Logic II decoder so the sound is surround either way. Like the enviromental noises
Suggestions: More nudity, more foul language, have an alcohol cart where players can drink with the possiblity of either getting more composure or less composure. More courses needed. This is still the best game I've bought for my XBOX (until MLB Slugfest appears!)

TransWorld Surf
Overall: Graphics are just plain great! I am a person that has never surfed, however I am taking my first lesson in Oahu later this year. As stated before, this genre is rather light and may not appeal to most. Due to my age, surfing is more appealing than skating. Gameplay: Make no bones about it - this game is tough at first. It took me about 10 hours of play before I was smoothly carving and completing sessions for rewards and advancement. If you do not have patience, skip this game. If you lack skill, skip this game. If you love the challange and reward of completing something tough - get this game. I give it a high rating due to the challange factor.
Graphics: Absolutly stunning. I never thought water could look this good on a console and NTSC TV format - I was wrong.
Audio: There are a couple of really great tunes on the disc. I want to extract them and load 'em up on my MP3 player!
Suggestions: Need Chix in Bikini's strollin' around on the beach and in the water!
