Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind GOTY Edition
Overall: Um, morrowind is an awesome game truely. But its an awesome game with so many flaws it hurts. It really really hurts.
Gameplay: Well lets see, you can do anything. Well really anything. But if you dont save your screwed. Because in this game it takes forever to get from one place to another. Some quests take a good 2 hours to complete. But that isnt always a bad thing or is it? The game is fun to play. Alright combat system, good ability to customize your character. U can even steal pillows from everyones bed and make a stupid fort outa them. All aside let me point out a really bad thing. The gameplay is good when you havent moved anything in the world around, killed anyone, or done anything. After you do anything it keeps track of that, it doesnt have the ability to say just delete items like most games. U can sell things to merchants but then all you did is xfer them to him not yourself. With that let me say be prepared to get really mad when you spend hours doing something forget to save every 5 minutes then it freezes. Or it lags so bad your able to shower, dress, eat and then go to class and come back and it still hasnt moved until finally you say screw it and eject the cd and stop playing for a month. I mean sure its fun but its not worth your time if you do have a life. It takes way to long to get anything done, and even if you dont have a life, i doubt this game could keep you interested for long when you cant run around at the fps in say halo or some other game. So unfortuantly i have to give it a low score
Graphics: Visuals are good. All the NPCS move aroudn and such but there are not many cutsceens. I mean really there arent. And theres not to many times you say wow its cool looking at the water reflections lol.
Audio: Sound is alright. Stupid enemies make stupid noises. Lol the guards yell stupid things, followers say "wait for me" in a pathetic voice. lol
Suggestions: Well it took forever for this game to come out. And it took forever for me to become tired of it to the point where i didnt want to even see it anymore. I mean this is an awesome game but theres too much to have to do and not enough time for people who have alot of other things and people in there life.
Overall Score: 6.0 / 10 Chronicles of Riddick: Escape From Butcher Bay
Overall: I don't feel ashamed in any way by saying that this game is nothing of what it could of been. I mean the gameplay is alright but it feels just like something else I've played before but can't even think of it because it wasn't as fun.
Gameplay: It's fun for awhile and I mean you can do quite a bit but it gets repetive after a while. I mean even the movie showed me that there isnt much to be had from the character.
Graphics: The visuals are very good I will agree. But compared to what? I mean Ralisport 2 looks awesome for a driving game, and Madden looks good for a sports game. This fps has good graphics but I dont think there &qu
Audio: Ok sounds make for an all around ok. I mean theres no reason sounds should make or break a game i guess.
Suggestions: Yeah stop developing games that come from movies in any way. I mean how many games can you honestly say hey that movie was awesome and so was the game. LOL i.e.- Italian Job, awesome movie, crappy crappy game.
Overall Score: 4.0 / 10 RalliSport Challenge 2
Overall: Deffenitly what all racing games should indeed include. The fact that the game has the best graphics seen on a racer yet, the complete ability to tear the car apart and that it is very fast paced and doesnt get boring is excellent.
Gameplay: Excellent gameplay due to the fact that your car handles realisticly in the fact that it can tip over, roll, flip up, slide every which way, get stuck in the snow. Its a pure adreniline rush.
Graphics: Graphics in this game exceed awesome. They make colin mcree(i do like colin mcree 04) look horrible.
Audio: Excellent sound, the sound of the cars reving and redlining makes for realism. The music is a little iffy, but you can add your own soundtracks which totally throws that right out the window.
Suggestions: Deffenitly when you release the 3rd installment inlude the ability to tweak the handling a little more in depth. I hate to say change much but it would feel cool if for once a rally game strived to do the same that Gran Turismo or Sega GT does by allowing you to possess a garage which then you can hold your rally car and tweak it however you want.
Overall Score: 10.0 / 10 Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell: Pandora Tomorrow
Overall: The game is remarkable. First the graphics are something you notice right off. 10 times better then its previous game. The sound is excellent, the cinematics are freakin insane. The gameplay is probally the reason this game is so good though. For many people a game where you can shoot, dodge, and solve puzzles is where its at, but when you can solve them in multiple ways and still come out sucessful its awesome. I mean on some parts it can be tedious or strenuous to do the mission, but its still fun and makes you want to keep playing and get farther.
Gameplay: Exellent Gameplay. Thats all there is to pretty much say. The ability to climb a water pipe to the top of a building, walk along and drop down to a window below hanging from your hands and then proceeding to climb into the bedroom to then exit through another window on the opposite side of the building to simply give a better shot advantage then simply walking slowly down the side of the building, is awesome.
Graphics: Graphics are insane. I doubt anything else out there on this platform can be compared up to now. I mean i dont have my HD yet, and im running my xbox through my computer so its not even as clear as on a regular tv set, but you can still tell the graphics are the best yet.
Audio: The sounds are awesome. The creaks, the frogs, the guards talking. I think the only thing I didn't like was that annoying music playing when you accidently shot the guard cause he pissed you off and resulted in a failed mission.
Suggestions: Just keep doing what your doing.
Overall Score: 10.0 / 10 Amped: Freestyle Snowboarding
Overall: The graphics for a snowboarding game are unreal. The tricks and the way each boarder falls is so real its scary. Being able to go all over is also a big improvment in snowboarding games.
Gameplay: The ability to go from differnt peeks, differnt places on a mountain is sweet. Gotta love the rude comments and sweet variety of music.
Graphics: The visuals are very good because its only the first snowboarding game for xbox they probally can be improved but ohwell.
Audio: The music variation is a phat way of introducing artists and giving the boarder a variety of choice in tunes.
Suggestions: Make the mountain able to go wherever you want. And able to walk around the base or ride back up on chairlifts.
Overall Score: 10.0 / 10
