Pirates: Legend of Black Kat
Overall: If you're a fan of the Pirate genre, this game is a must have. Contains an innovative use of the controller's shock feature. This game has been out awhile now, so you can find it cheap! ~$20Gameplay: In a way, this is really two games in one. First, you get to run around on foot and battle bad guys, collect treasure, etc. Second, you get to captain your ship around in sea-based combat. Both are well done, and its great being able to switch b ack and forth to keep things interesting.
No one else has mentioned it in their review, but cheat codes are available to make Kat run around in skimpier outfits.
Graphics: It's true that if this was originally not an Xbox title and not a port, they probably could have made better graphics on the Xbox. Still, the graphics while out are sea are beautiful.
Audio: The sound effects and music do a good job enhancing the game play. However, there's nothing particularly memorable/over the top about them either.
Suggestions: Make an Xbox sequal!
