Halo: Combat Evolved

Overall: everything about this game just screams quality, the graphics, the gameplay, the sound and the multiplayer, everything is almost perfect.

Gameplay: the controls take about half an hour to learn, but once you have learned them, they become second nature to the player, the gameplay is perfectly balanced, for example all the guns are useful for something at some point, and the AI is incredibly smart, especially on legendary.
you can start to play this and before you know it the whole day has gone its that addictive.

Graphics: superb graphics, excellent steady framerate, superb textures and detail. everything looks organic and very special.

Audio: the sound for this game is superb, it really adds another dimension to the game and really helps to suck you into the world of halo, it really sets the atmosphere and accompanies the game excellently.

Suggestions: make halo 2 better than this and i will be extremely happy

Overall Score: 10.0 / 10 Dead or Alive 3

Overall: excellent presentation, top fighting game with superb graphics and controls, lots of replay with the hidden costumes

Gameplay: as good as most fighting games, solid enough gameplay mechanics, not as deep as virtua fighter games, but it is enjoyable

Graphics: Absolutely stunning, the textures and character models are excellent and the levels are top notch!!!

Audio: nothing special in the sound department, not excactly bad though, the background music is not bad, but it is not as much a part of the gme, as halo's soundrack is to halo.

Overall Score: 9.0 / 10 The Simpsons Road Rage

Overall: for once a half decent game based on the simpsons licence, the game is well presented, with all the proper voice actors and all the familiar vehicles from the tv show.

Gameplay: exactly the same as crazy taxi, pic up customer, deliver them to the designated place within the time limit to get money, not new, but it works.

Graphics: not a patch on what the xbox is capable of, a lazy port over to xbox, but having said that, the graphics aren't good on any format, could have been much better.

Audio: the voice acting is top notch, the quotes are hilarious at first and you will find some familiar from the tv show, but they repeat themselves, so the novelty wears off after a while.

Suggestions: you should have made better graphics, the colours should have been more vibrant.

Overall Score: 7.0 / 10 Jet Set Radio Future

Overall: this game just oozes cool, if you looked up cool in the dictonary, you would find Jet Set Radio future. it is imensly well presented.

Gameplay: the gameplay is quite simple, but this is good. the game is very very addictive, i am only on chapter 3 and i ahve notched up 13 hours, this game, much like halo, sucks you in, before you know it you have spent half the day trying to cover rokakku-dai heights in your custom made tags.

Graphics: i don't usually like cel shading in games, but smilebit have done a fantastic job, the colours are rich and vibrant and the graphics have some really nice effects.

Audio: the soundtrack for this game for some people is addictive, for others it can get annoying, but for me, some tracks are bad, but others are ridiculously catchy.

Suggestions: if Smilebit make another Jet set radio game, they should include soundtrack ripping, if people don't like the original soundtrack

Overall Score: 9.0 / 10
