Courtney Love to Sue Activision
Last month it was announced that Nirvana front-man Kurt Cobain would be one of the playable characters in the upcoming Guitar Hero 5.
However, his widow Courtney Love was obviously out of the loop when this was decided , with the rock chick posting a couple of furious tweets yesterday (flagged up by Kotaku) that threaten Activision with legal action.
She began, "For the record this Guitar Hero s**t is breach of contract on a Bullys part and there will be a proper addressing of this and retraction." The rant continued: "WE are going to sue the s**t out of ACtivision we being the Trust the Estate the LLC the various LLCs Cobain Enterprises."
