Motocross Icon Partners With THQ
July 29, 2009 -- THQ Inc. today announced that motocross champion James “Bubba” Stewart will be sponsored by THQ during ESPN’s X Games 15 from July 30 to August 2, and will appear as a featured rider in the upcoming MX vs. ATVTM ReflexTM video game. THQ’s sponsorship of James Stewart coincides with his highly anticipated, inaugural appearance in the X Games, where he will be competing in the Best Whip, Super X and Supermoto events.
“The MX vs. ATV series has always delivered the ultimate motocross experience, and the latest title is definitely dialed in,” said James Stewart. “It’s a pleasure to be included as a playable rider in MX vs. ATV Reflex, and I’m looking forward to getting my hands on the game when it comes out this Holiday season.”
Fans will have the opportunity to play MX vs. ATV Reflex as James Stewart, and other top riders in professional motocross, throughout a wide variety of races and competitions. MX vs. ATV Reflex is the fourth iteration of the best-selling off-road racing franchise, and is scheduled to be released for the Xbox 360® video game and entertainment system from Microsoft, PLAYSTATION®3 computer entertainment system, PSP® (PlayStation®Portable) system and Nintendo DS™ in Holiday 2009.
