SPIKE TV Honors Activision Titles
Santa Monica, CA - November 22, 2005 -- Activision, Inc. announced today that three of its holiday games Call of Duty(r)2, Tony Hawks American Wasteland and True Crime(r): New York City were honored at the Spike TV "Video Game Awards 2005" show, held on Friday night at the Gibson Amphitheater in Los Angeles. Call of Duty 2 earned "Best Military Game," Tony Hawks American Wasteland was named "Best Individual Sports Game" and True Crime: New York Citys Traci Lords and Christopher Walken were honored in the "Best Supporting Female Performance" and "Best Supporting Male Performance" categories for their roles in the gritty urban drama.
