(RUMOR) - EA To Publish Batman Begins?
EA is making a gaming spin-off of the upcoming Batman superhero flick, Batman Begins, according to latest Internet speculations. It’s a rumour that has yet to receive any official confirmation from the publisher. The film itself is currently in-production for Summer 2005, and features a stellar cast including Christian Bale (as Bruce Wayne), Morgan Freeman, Katie Holmes, Rutger Hauer and Michael Caine. As the title suggests, the story delves back before the events of previous Batman flicks, looking at the legendary vigilante’s origins. While some reports state that the game has been confirmed for all major home consoles, when we contacted EA this morning a spokesperson delivered the customary "We do not comment on rumours" response, indicating that the title has not actually been confirmed at all. Still, when has EA been known to turn down the promise of a good movie license?
