SuperVillian Studios
Evil is not afoot, but the SuperVillain supergroup is still bent on world domination. Combining team members from the blockbuster series Tony Hawk's Pro Skater and Warcraft, the new development team SuperVillain Studios begun laying down its plans for conquest with the announcement of its company today. The SuperVillain team, incorporated in January of this year and seen as shadowy lurkers in private at E3 in May, was founded by game designer and author Tim Campbell (whose credits include Warcraft III, Command & Conquer: Red Alert 2, NOX), programmer Steve Ganem (online play developer on THPS3 and also credited on Golden Nugget 64, NOX and MTX: MotoTrax), and designer Chris Rausch (also known for work on all five previous Tony Hawk's Pro Skater games, and also involved in music video and voice-over work.) As far as SuperVillain schemes go, the company's known plans right now only include the announced work collaborating with Neversoft on Activision's upcoming Tony Hawk's Underground 2. In off-line chats with the team, we've also noticed them wring their hands in maddening glee with the mention of the upcoming PlayStation Portable -- the team is an officially licensed developer for the PSP, as well as the Xbox and PS2.Source: http://www.ign.com
