NBA 2K22 Gets First Player Ratings Update
2K unveiled the first NBA 2K22 player ratings update after the first two weeks of the NBA season. We’ve seen highlights, thrilling overtime games and players in mid-season form, leading to a ratings boost or bust for players across the league.
Major highlights include Los Angeles Clippers star Paul George (90 OVR: +2), who is averaging the most points of his career at 28.3 per game, and Minnesota Timberwolves center Karl-Anthony Towns (89 OVR: +2), who’s shooting 52 percent from the field and knocking down 50 percent of his three-point attempts. Even more notable updates include Memphis Grizzlies guard Ja Morant (89 OVR: +4) and Charlotte Hornets guard LaMelo Ball (87 OVR: +3).

Additionally, in celebration of the 75th Anniversary of the NBA, 2K is honoring the few players that have achieved the 99 OVR all-time ratings in NBA 2K22. The coveted 99 OVR rating were earned by Michael Jordan, LeBron James, Magic Johnson and Kareem Abdul-Jabbar.
