Open Beta Weekend for Jump Force Starts on January 18th

If you are one of the many who is waiting for Bandai Namco’s upcoming release of Jump Force, you’ll be happy to know that they have released details of the open beta for fans to get a chance to play.

The good folk at Bandai Namco will hold the open beta weekend starting January 18th through January 20th. The open beta will give players access to the game’s online versus mode where they can play as 17 characters from the final game, battle across five stages, and test out the online lobby using six preset avatars. Now we here at XBA think this is kinda cool.

The open beta will be available for players to pre-load on their Xbox One system beginning January 17th. The open beta will be available for four three-hour sessions on the following dates:

Session 1

  • Friday, January 18th at 4:00am – 7:00am PST

Session 2

  • Friday, January 18th at 9:00pm – 12:00am PST

Session 3

  • Saturday, January 19th at 8:00am – 11:00am PST

Session 4

  • Sunday, January 20th at 12:00pm – 3:00pm PST

So there you have it, a chance to check out the upcoming Jump Force online play prior to ghe game’s release.
