Phantom Doctrine has been released to the masses on various platforms, including the Xbox One.. This Cold War thriller strategy game from the makers of Hard West is out today for $39.99, with a 10% discount available on all platforms from Aug. 14 until Aug. 28. The Xbox One version has been officially approved for release and will launch on Aug. 24.
