1979 Revolution: Black Friday on X1 will Feature Mixer Interactivity
Indie publisher Digerati has announced that the Xbox One version of 1979 Revolution: Black Friday, a BAFTA-nominated story-driven drama, will feature Mixer functionality. The integration of Mixer, a live game streaming service, will allow interactivity on all narrative choices.
Streamers will be able to broadcast the game via Mixer and give their audience the opportunity to participate by choosing how the adventure unfolds. Whenever a narrative choice is presented in the game, the player and viewers are given a time limit to pick from the options available. When the time is up, the choice with the most votes is selected, determining which subsequent branch the story will take.
