Microsoft Retail Stores Hosting Launch Events for Madden NFL 15 and Destiny

In the coming weeks, all 103 Microsoft Stores will be hosting a series of in-store events to celebrate the launches of Madden NFL 15 and Destiny.

To kick off the launch of the Xbox One Madden NFL 15 Bundle and the start of the football season, 60 Stores in U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico will be hosting tournaments for Madden NFL 15. Sign up for local challenges or watch the best in your area compete from Aug. 26 through Sept. 5. To find out more about tournaments check with your local store.

Additionally, on Sept. 6 all Microsoft Stores will host a Madden and NFL Kickoff Party just in time for the official opening weekend of football season. Attend the day long festivities, including hands-on gameplay, giveaways and a fun photo opp putting your face on the cover the game. The first 25 fans to pick up their copy of Madden NFL 15 this day will receive their very own NFL gift bag.

If you didn’t pre-order your limited edition Xbox One Madden NFL 15 Bundle, which includes a copy of Madden NFL 15, you can pick one up during one of these store events. You can also trade in your Xbox 360 or PS3 and receive $100 towards your purchase.

Then, to celebrate Destiny’s upcoming launch, Microsoft retail stores will begin the countdown to midnight launch with events starting at 10 p.m. on Sept. 8 with early gameplay access, giveaways, food, drink, and more. You’ll have a chance to get your hands on the game before picking up your copy. Additionallly, Microsoft Stores offer a $10 gift card for pre-orders of any game in the Store, including Destiny, or $10 on Xbox Live if you order on MicrosoftStore.com.
