WWE Network on-demand app available on Xbox 360 today (UPDATE)
(UPDATE: The WWE Network App is not available yet in Canada, but will likely launch by the end of the year. Fingers crossed.)
Over 1,500 hours of clotheslines, chokeslams, ladders, chairs, marvellous melodrama, and men in shiny underpants are coming to consoles today with the launch of an app for WWE’s new on-demand video service WWE Network. As well as every pay-per-view show, it has oodles of older matches. The app’s out today on Xbox 360, PlayStation 4, and PS3.
WWE Network costs $9.99 per month, but has a six-month commitment so you couldn’t, for example, sign up for one month to watch WrestleMania on the cheap. The programming lineup includes every pay-per-view, past and future, along with classic matches and episodes, and some wrestling reality shows.
The service officially launched today, alongside apps for Xbox 360, PlayStation 4, and PS3. An Xbox One app is slated to launch this summer. Here’s a rundown of the WWE Network:
