The Elder Scrolls Online coming to Xbox One in June
The Elder Scrolls Online, ZeniMax Online Studios long-awaited Elder Scrolls MMO, will be released April 4, 2014, on Windows PC and Mac, publisher Bethesda Softworks announced today.
Console players will have to wait a bit longer: The game will be available on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One in June 2014.
Bethesda also put out a new trailer today, "War in Cyrodiil," alongside the release date announcement. The gameplay trailer, which you can watch above, features numerous player-versus-player battle sequences from small skirmishes to large-scale sieges. Players can choose from three factions vying for the Ruby Throne: the Aldmeri Dominion, Daggerfall Covenant or Ebonheart Pact.
The Elder Scrolls Online will cost $59.99 on every platform, and customers will also need to pay a $14.99 monthly subscription in order to continue playing after the first month.
