AC4: Black Flag Blackbeard DLC out today, Freedom Cry DLC next week
Assassin’s Creed 4: Black Flag players will have three new characters to choose from in the game’s multiplayer mode when the game’s "Blackbeard’s Wrath" add-on launches (today), publisher Ubisoft (has) announced.
"Blackbeard’s Wrath" adds Blackbeard, The Jaguar and The Orchid to Black Flag’s roster of multiplayer avatars. Each one possesses a unique skill — Blackbeard can use his strength for a single-strike finishing move; The Jaguar has a discreet axe; and The Orchid uses her blade.
(Next week), Ubisoft will launch the upcoming Assassin’s Creed 4 singleplayer DLC, Freedom Cry, on Dec. 17, it was announced in an advertisement on the latest digital issue of Game Informer (via VideoGamer.com).
The new DLC will feature a four-hour campaign featuring the shipmate assassin Adewale. It’s believed the new content will launch simultaneously on PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One.
