(RUMOR) - Metal Gear HD Collection to have New Voice Work
The Metal Gear Solid HD Collection could include new voice acting on top of spruced up visuals, according to a recent Twitter post from Vice President of Konami Digital Entertainment Hideo Kojima suggests.
’Re-recording for "MGS HD (MGS3)" in progress today, and the voice actors from MGS are here from the morning,’ Kojima wrote.
It’s likely that the current re-recording is for the Japanese version of Metal Gear Solid 3, and there’s no word on if the western release will feature new voice acting. We also don’t know if Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty and Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker - the other games included in the collection - will be re-recorded.
The collection was announced at Konami’s pre-E3 press conference last month along with a Zone of the Enders HD Collection, and is due out this November on both PS3 and 360.
