Silent Hill 2: Restless Dreams
Overall: Found this game to be incredibly scary. Do NOT play this game at 4:00 AM alone in the dark. Especially when you see Pyramid head for the first time in the Bluewater Appartments.Gameplay: Controls ify, but you get used to it after a while. The map is really useful and you don't come across games with maps with street names and the actual streets have the names as well.
The story line is great, and twisted at the same time. I found this game to be very incredible.
AND as an added bonus the Born From A Wish mini game is awesome as well. Poor PS2ers don't have that. Makes the story line so much easier to understand.
Graphics: The effects are awesome. Especially with that grain filter over top. And then when you take it off the graphics are just plain scary. Instead of watching a game/movie it feels like your really in Silent hill encountering monsters and messed up locals.
Audio: INCREDIBLE. The first song you hear on the intro scene when your getting ready for a new a game is just... WOW the guitar rifts are so amazing.
The sound plays an important role in a survival horror game and this game has it down to an art form. There are places where you will get really scared because of the sound.
Suggestions: Born from a wish could have been longer. and more secrets, and things should open up when you pass the game

Azurik: Rise of Perathia
Overall: This Game was Fantastic. The developers spent alot of time on this game and I totally enjoyed it.The puzzles are hard and to find all the different disk fragments, obsidians, and other misc items gets to be quite challenging.
The Controls are awesome!!! I wish more games would have killer controls like this that are well thought out. Makes life so much easier.
Gameplay: Like I said the controls are awesome. The sountrack on this game was really thought out well. It totally fit into the entire gameplay.
The story line for this game was done very well and is fun to play and go through and find out what happens at the end.
Wish there was a save anywhere feature but after some looking on the net and finding the cheat codes that the developers put in such as:
Light code, camera code, and save anywhere
These make the game more playable and fun.
Graphics: Stunning, the graphics on this game are just too incredible. The textures in some places and underwater swimming and things like that just are completely amazing.
Audio: The sound is perfect, you can adjust it really well and it works great. The music doesn't over power the sound FX and vice versa.
Suggestions: should have added the cheat codes i mentioned before as added feature but then that might have taken away from the game play of the game. more save platforms would have been better if you decided to stay with save platforms.
THE CREDITS!!! the game is so worth passing just for the credits. I laughed so hard:

Blood Omen 2
Overall: I found this game to be quite fun to play for the first 15 hours of gameplay. I flew through the first 6 chapters in no time and found that even on the "skilled blocking" mode the game wasn't that much harder.It's a perfect game to rent. I wouldn't recommend buying this one unless your a huge fan or you would like to have a game that sits on your shelf for a long time because it is the same thing everytime you play.
Fighting sequences are pretty boring, other than the fact that you can sneak up on people and rip their hearts out. You only get to do 3 hits maximum, unless your using a special ability. The fighting gets pretty monotonous that way.
Still loved the game :)
Gameplay: I was struck by the cover of this game and thought it would be fun to play. After about about 10 minutes I was hooked.
Graphics: The graphics are awesome. The movie sequences look pretty much the same as the normal game play, some are done up better but not much. There are no real flaws in the cg. The gore and blood everywhere just enhanced the feeling that your vampire.
Audio: Bad.
Some parts of the game the bacground sound drowns out the voices and you can barely hear the characters. Even when you turn the music of the game off it still is a problem.
The effects are great but there are no varieties, and after hearing the sound when you suck your victim dry of it's blood a 1000 times the sounds get pretty boring.
Suggestions: Try and more secrets/easter eggs to make the game more fun. Additional endings and stuff like that to make gameplay longer. Mabey even unlocked characters you can play and a harder playing level.
Also put the checkpoints a little closer or make it so you can save more often.
