SSX Tricky
Overall: Lots of fun, I don't know if I'd play it quite enough to want to buy it. But I definitely have found it to be quite addicting.Gameplay: Its fairly easy to pick up the controller and play. It does take a little reading to figure out how to do more advanced tricks. And I had one issue on the differences between using the left analog and the d-pad.
Graphics: Graphics look good, although it looks like a PS2 port pretty much. But the xbox has no problems flying through it all.
Audio: Don't really have a great sound system so I haven't heard it in 5.1 I guess thats going to be the true test.
Overall Score: 10.0 / 10
Nascar Heat 2002
Overall: I didn't enjoy the game very much. The graphics were cool, sounds was good, but I just don't get into NASCAR games.Gameplay: The gameplay really kills the game. If you aren't a fan of NASCAR games then this won't change your mind.
Graphics: Graphics are very good, cars are well detailed. But the graphics should be good for a game on this system. If it couldn't do at least half of what Halo does, then its a disappointment.
Audio: The sounds are good, but there aren't a whole lot of intricate sounds when dealing with racing on an oval.
Overall Score: 6.0 / 10
Halo: Combat Evolved
Overall: I can't put the game down. Have to force myself to quit playing most of the time. I haven't had a game keep my this enthralled in a long time. Played online and thats entertaining as well, but you can tell it wasn't designed for online play yet.Gameplay: Extremely fun, easy to get the hang of after a few minutes and after that the action never stops. The vehicles really make the game what it is.
Graphics: Some of the best graphics I've seen in a long time for a FPS with that much going on. Lots of textures that look great, let alone the great movement of the models.
Audio: Don't have the sound system to give a good review, but from what my speakers put out it sounds like it would be awesome.
Suggestions: Beef up for online play.
